• Commissioner, Community Behavioral Health Prevention and Promotion, Commonwealth of Massachusetts (2019-Present)

I serve in an active advising role in programs and policies that promote behavioral health across  Massachusetts

• Commissioner, Special Legislative Commission on Behavioral Health Promotion and Upstream Prevention in Massachusetts (2018) 

I helped develop report with policy recommendations to foster well-being through prevention and promotion strategies across the state

• Directed the Ellen Story Postpartum Depression Commission, Massachusetts Special Legislative Commission (2015-2017)

I worked with Representative Ellen Story, Representative James J. O'Day and Senator Joan Lovely to direct initiatives to promote 

      perinatal  mental health for caregivers in Massachusetts

Community Work

• Motivational Interviewing: As a MINT member, I provide trainings, workshops and consultations to organizations

• Clinical Social Work: I have served individuals across a range of settings (health centers, outpatient mental health centers, hospitals) in behavioral health treatment and prevention, with a focus on helping individuals navigate life transitions and work stress  

• Trauma Response: I respond to community and state-wide crises as needed across a variety of settings
