ABOUT
I am a Postdoctoral Associate at the MIT Sloan School of Management with the Institute for Work and Employment Research and Work and Organization Studies.
Broadly, my research explores employee voice and well-being. My mixed-methods research draws from an integrated approach to voice by looking at voice behaviors, organizational arrangements of voice and broader voice systems. I link voice at different levels (collective, organizational, and individual) to well-being for individual workers and to improve organizational outcomes.
My work brings together my previous professional experiences in policy, practice and research focused on promoting community well-being in Massachusetts. I currently serve as a Commissioner on the Massachusetts Community Behavioral Health Promotion and Prevention Commission.
I received my Ph.D. in Social Policy from the Heller School of Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, hold an MSW/MPH from Boston University and an AB in Anthropology & Psychology from Mount Holyoke College.
